Divisor de Sitemap
Herramienta gratuita online Dividir archivos sitemap.xml en múltiples archivos de texto por cantidad de URL, sin instalación
Why Split Sitemaps?
Search engines limit sitemaps to 50,000 URLs and 50MB uncompressed file size. For large websites, you need to split your sitemap into multiple files and create a sitemap index file that references them. This ensures all your pages can be discovered and indexed.
How to Use This Sitemap Splitter
Paste your sitemap.xml content or upload a file. Specify the maximum URLs per sitemap file (default 50,000). The tool will split your sitemap into multiple files and generate a sitemap index file. Download all files together as a ZIP archive.
▶What is a sitemap index file?
A sitemap index file is a special XML file that lists multiple sitemap files. It tells search engines where to find each sitemap. Submit only the index file URL to search engines, not individual sitemap URLs.
▶How should I name the split sitemaps?
Use descriptive names like sitemap-products.xml, sitemap-categories.xml, or sequential names like sitemap-1.xml, sitemap-2.xml. The index file will reference these names.
▶Do I need to update robots.txt?
Yes. Update your robots.txt to reference the new sitemap index file: Sitemap: https://example.com/sitemap-index.xml
