About ASCII Table Generator
A searchable, filterable reference of all 256 code points from 0 to 255. Each row shows the decimal value, hexadecimal (0x-prefixed), 8-bit binary, the character itself, and a description, with one-click copy of the character by clicking the row. Includes the 32 control characters (NUL through US plus DEL), the 95 printable ASCII characters, and the 128 extended characters (128–255).
How to Use
1. Type into the search box to filter by decimal, hex, binary, character, or description — matches are highlighted in yellow.\n2. Use the All / Control / Printable / Extended filter buttons to narrow by category.\n3. Click any row to copy its character to the clipboard (a check icon confirms the copy).\n4. The entry count above the table reflects the current filter.
Table Columns & Character Coverage
Decimal: 0–255. Hex: shown as 0x00 through 0xFF, uppercase. Binary: 8-bit zero-padded (00000000–11111111). Character: the literal glyph for printable code points, a named abbreviation (NUL, SOH, …, DEL) for control characters, and "Space" (rendered as ␣) for code point 32. Description mirrors the character name. Extended rows (128–255) are labeled "Extended N" because their glyphs depend on the active code page.
