Meta Tag Extractor
Free online meta tag extractor tool, no installation required
About Meta Tag Extractor
Meta Tag Extractor parses raw HTML that you paste into the tool and pulls out the title, meta description, meta keywords, all Open Graph (og:*) tags, all Twitter Card (twitter:*) tags, the canonical link, and other miscellaneous meta tags such as charset, viewport, robots, and author. Every extracted value is presented as a row with a copy button so you can grab individual values quickly.
How to Use
1. Paste the page HTML (full document or fragment) into the Input textarea. 2. Click Extract to run the DOMParser-based scan. 3. Review the cards that appear only when matches are found: Basic (title, description, keywords), Open Graph, Twitter Card, and Other. 4. Click the copy icon on any row to copy that single tag's content to the clipboard. If no recognized meta tags are present, a no-meta-tags message is shown.
Tag Classification Rules
A meta element's name is resolved from its name, property, http-equiv, or charset attribute (first one wins). Tags whose name starts with og: are grouped under Open Graph; tags starting with twitter: go under Twitter Card; description and keywords are surfaced in Basic; charset, viewport, robots, author, and any other named tag go under Other, and a <link rel="canonical"> is appended to Other as a canonical entry.
