Submit a Requirement

Submit a Requirement is an informational landing section that invites you to suggest new tools or features for the site. It renders a hero panel with a gradient icon, a short call-to-action title and subtitle, and an info banner explaining how to contribute. A scroll-down indicator with an animated arrow points you toward the actual submission form located elsewhere on the page.

1. Read the hero title and subtitle to understand what kind of requirements are welcome. 2. Review the blue info banner for submission guidelines. 3. Follow the animated arrow indicator labeled scroll down to reach the submission form, which lives further down the same page rather than inside this component. 4. The tool itself does not capture any input.

This component is intentionally presentational. It contains only a hero block (gradient circle with a message-plus icon), a single info banner with a lightbulb icon, and a bounce-animated ArrowDown indicator. There is no form, no state, no input fields, and no network call inside it, the actual requirement submission interface is expected to be rendered by a different section of the page.
